13 Ways To A Build A List Of Readers Of Your Ezine

Writen by Joop Liefaard

If you have an ezine or online newsletter you want to send it to potential customers. In order to send it you need a list of people who want to receive it. This article is about how you build a list of subscribers to your ezine.

There are many ways to approach people and ask them to join your list. Because that is what it is all about.

Building your list

What is already available?

Maybe your business exists for some time and you have already customers. Add them to your list. If you have salesmen or -women in your staff (in case part of your business is off-line), ask them about their contacts as well. Check business cards and business correspondence (bills, invoices etc.).

A form on your web site.

Place a form on your web site where visitors can subscribe to your ezine. You can find the html code for a form on the internet and often your web host company offers forms for free.

Ezine directories

Ezine directories are a great place for you to promote your ezine. There are ezine categories for any kind of business. Before you submit your ezine you have to make a description of it. The description has to be short and compelling and reflect what your ezine is about. Search in an ezine directory for ezines like yours and read the descriptions. This gives you an idea about how the description should be.

Here is a list of directories where you can submit your ezine. There are more. You can find them in any search engine.

  • new-list.com

  • Zinos

  • Ezines Hub

  • EzineLinks.com

  • Electric Pen

Online advertising

Place ads online to promote your ezine.

Announcement Lists

Announcements Lists are email lists where publishers can announce their ezine. Every list has some rules you have to follow before announcing, like name of the ezine, circulation, a short description, age category, where to subscribe etc. You also have to subscribe to the group before you can post.

Here are url's of some announcement lists:

  • 1 List Advertising

  • 100Sightings

  • 2000 Publications

  • A1Promo

  • Add Your List

  • All My Lists

  • List Your List

  • List Announcement

  • eAnnounce

  • List Advertise

  • Get More Subs

  • Get More Subs (Topica)

  • Promote List

  • List Builder

  • Promote your List

Offline advertising

Place ads about your ezine in magazines, journals etc., that are related to your business and promote your ezine or online newsletter there. If you sell products about dog food, you may advertise your ezine in magazines and trade journals about dogs. You can also place a small ad in the pets section of your local newspaper and the pet store.

Flyers

Distribute flyers at busy traffic points in your city or at markets, related to your business.

Business card

Mention your ezine and the subscribe email address on your business card.

Free Ads

Offer space for free ads. This attracts subscribers. If you consider doing this, don't forget to include this option in the description of your ezine. When potential subscribers search the directories they can see that you offer space for free ads.

Signatures files

Include at the end of your outgoing emails a short message about your ezine. Mention in the sig file where they can find your ezine and how they can subscribe. Don't forget to include the sig file also in your replies to emails.

Ad Swaps

Offer colleague publishers space for an ad in which he promotes his eziner. In return you can advertise your own ezine in his. Make for this purpose a compelling ad. The description of your ezine can be a guide for this. Here are some nice places for an ad swap:

  • The Free Directory of Ezines

  • Internetmarketing-success.com

  • List Directory

  • Ezineswap.com

  • Shann's Ezine

  • Money Minute Ezine

  • SwapResources .com

  • Binky's Ad Swap Club

  • BizPromo.com

  • HomeBasedProfit.Com

  • KCD Webdesign and Hosting

Ad Co-ops

An ad co-op means that you place ads that are delivered to you by an intermediate. A person who offers ad space on the net. You place the ads he acquires and in return you can add the email address of the person who advertises to your list.

Ad co-ops contribute a great deal in building your list and you will see a rapid grow but the subscribers are not always the subscribers you want. The importance is often exaggerated

Recommendation

Ask your subscribers to recommend your ezine to family, friends, acquaintances, colleagues, business relations etc. You can e.g. put a small form in your ezine where subscribers can enter the email address of friends, family etc.

In closing

As you see... there are many ways to promote your ezine and build a list. When you do a brainstorm session you may even find more.

The Importance Of Having Your Own Mailing List

Writen by Irving Austin

One thing I've learned and that I'd like to share with you is the importance of having a mailing list. What sort of mailing list am I talking about? In this case it's a list of names and email addresses. That list can also include home addresses. This 'list' forms your database of customers who have opted in which is crucial for online success.

Many take the view that you can have a profitable internet business without a list. That's almost like saying you can have a profitable candy store with no customers. If no one buys from you then you will not make money, period!

Consider your list as being the most important aspect to your business because it is your customer base. Treat your customers well; Let me say that again... Treat your customers well!!

I can't emphasise this enough. Give them solutions to their problems and they will come back to you over and over again and give you repeat business. Did you know that people do business with people that they like and then they tell their friends too.

So how do you find out what sorts of solutions people are looking for? Well one of the ways to do this is to browse the many online forums that are out there, you may already be a member of a few yourself. There are forums that cater for all tastes and interests, and the vast majority of posts to these forums are of the "I need help/info" variety. Taking the time to do just a little research will give you an idea of how you can provide help in a particular area and pay dividends in the long run.

If you get stuck then ask yourself this question. "What do I know allot about?" As an example, you may have a strong interest in baking cakes and over the years have acquired recipes for delicious homemade cakes just like grandma used to make. Guess what, somebody out there might need one of your recipes to make a special cake for a birthday or other celebration.

What you can do next is create a simple step by step mini course on how to bake one of your special cakes using one of your recipes. You can include things that only you know about, for example use four eggs instead of two, bake for an extra 5 minutes to get that extra special lightness. You get the idea.

You can create a simple webpage around cakes and recipes and offer your mini course in exchange for a valid email address. Your potential customers are giving you permission to email them with information of value and you get to capture an email address, because in order to receive your mini course they need to supply a working email address.

To monetise your website you can put your recipes and techniques into an electronic book or eBook which you can then be instantly delivered to the desktops of your customers, who will glady pay for your unique information.

In my next article we'll talk about you how you can bring targeted traffic to your website. By

targeted traffic, I mean visitors to your site looking for solutions to their specific problems.

Till next time!

Irving Austin

In the mean time I would strongly recommend that you go over to http://www.internetprofitmentor.com to learn more about these powerfull concepts. There you will also get access to over 12 hours of videos and a free 120 page ebook.

5 Basic Keys To Online Business Success

Writen by Gley Yahya

If you don't know where you are going, you will probably end up somewhere else. -Laurence J. Peter US educator & writer (1919 - 1988)

When you think about starting your online business, success depends on the value of your strategic Internet marketing plan. It acts like a roadmap to guide you from one milestone to the next along your business journey.

What's Strategic Internet Marketing Plan?

There's an old saying that goes like that, "Success depends on planning your work, and then working your plan."

In the most successful business, the strategic Internet marketing plan is a fundamental written document which crafts a business idea in terms of goals, objectives, time lines, financial declarations, marketing consequences, competitive positions, directorial factors and goes on to show how the business owner will realize those goals, including a detailed marketing strategy. A complete business plan also contains a formal break-even analysis and a profit-and-loss projection analysis designed to give you an idea about the business's profitability, growth and cash flow.

Your plan must clearly define each step in the process. Be accurate and honest. Identify time lags and non-value-adding steps. Identify responsibility for each step. Brainstorm For problems in the process. Each step should illustrate an action in specific, clear and measurable terms. Keep your business plan flexible and simple so that you can quickly make changes as necessary. More importantly, your employees need to read and understand your company's goals, the activities required to achieve them, the timetable for accomplishing assigned tasks and each individual's responsibilities as part of the team.

The people most successful are those who have clear, specific goals and a timeframe; and they have an internal mechanism for monitoring the progress of business. They have been passionate about their business and eager to find ways to improve their own performance continuously in the search for excellence. These people dedicate themselves to learning everything they need to know about the business to achieve their dreams. They have exceptional knowledge of creating, managing, marketing and running their business with integrity and responsibility. And they pursue their dreams with persistence, passion and a continual confidence that they will succeed at any cost.

Is the importance of creating a personal plan before starting a business sounds dull? Miss this step and you'll almost certainly fail in whatever you try and accomplish. If you still doubt why I stress the importance of planning, go throw the web and ask any one you come across and you will learn in practical terms what happened to most of them in the creation of any project.

The reason behind the MOST online failures is that people believe in the hype they heard from unethical marketers. They believe in "give me your money seat back doing no thing and you will start making $12.000.00 by the next month scheme". If it's that ease why they need your money!

If all people understand there is no sweet thing without hard work, we would be seeing many more online success stories and fewer online failures.

Remember, you need 5 basic keys to be successful:

1 - You need a strategic Internet marketing plan (even if you are starting small business and you are not going to lean money).

2 - The need skills to run manage and market your business.

3 - You need the right tools to crate a system that works on autopilot.

4 - You need to invest time and money (investing time is a must but investing money is up to you).

5 - You need to be passionate and self disciplined.

If your online marketing plan consists only of a Website, you are not using all the channels the Internet has to offer. Strategic Internet Marketing plan opens multiple channels and exponentially more opportunities to help you achieve your business and marketing objectives.

Here you will discover exactly how to draw up a highly potent action plan that will focus your mind and help you achieve your goals in a reasonable time.

Why Strategic Internet Marketing Plan Is a MUST?

As a small business owner, you do not have infinite resources to compete with the big guys. You need to prioritize how you spend your money to build and market your business during tough time. By following the step-by-step strategic Internet marketing plan, you can create your very own home-based Internet business and position it in the right place at the right time and with less risk.

Your strategic Internet marketing plan must uncovers the following:

- Get the needed skills to build your business.

- Search your market well before you decide you are ready. Find out what your targeted market wants and needs. Analyze your competitor's strength and weakness.

- Find a product to sell: Create your product, buy reseller rights of hot product, find an affiliate program, use Google ad sense.... etc

- Select the most effective, low cost marketing tools and strategies that fit your business needs and budget.

- Analyze information before; during and after you implement the Strategic Internet Marketing plan.

- Continuously revise your plan as you learn what works and what doesn't.

Errors are part of the process. Don't try to avoid them. When a strategy fails, view it as part of trial-and-error that you can learn from.

If you are truly passionate about your business success, build your business with your customers in mind. In other words you must think about:

- How to attract targeted visitors to your website.

- How to entice them to take action (Either they buy your product or they subscribe to your email list)

- How to make them enthusiastic about the quality of your product and/ or service

- How to build relationship to convert them to loyal customers

- How to bring them back to your website.

- How to continuously add fresh subscribers to your list.

Conclusion: To make good money online you need an opt in email list. To build an opt in email list you need to build your business with your customers in mind. After you build your list then and only then look for ways on how to make money from your list. Once you find the combination that works for you the sky is your limit.

Here's your chance to 'short-cut' the learning faze and follow a step-by-step blueprint to success by going through these steps.

Get More Targeted Traffic List Subscribers And Customers Without Paying A Cent

Writen by Steve Faber

No doubt one of the overriding concerns you have is getting good, targeted traffic to your site. Heck, even the "gurus" can't get too much good traffic. The key is not just getting traffic, but targeted traffic. You want visitors to your site who are hungry for what you have to offer. Weather it is a product, service, or information you have to offer, you want visitors that need it, folks who are immersed in your particular niche. The question is how to get them.

You have a number of choices. Some work pretty well, but cost money, like PPC advertising. What if you could get targeted traffic, people who lived and breathed your niche and would love to go to your site; and, what if you could get them to really want to go to your website? Further more, suppose this huge pool of hungry visitors was free! That's right, they would rush to your site and you wouldn't have to pay a dime!

Well, this source of targeted traffic exists, for almost every niche. It's in the thousands of internet forum sites. Some niches have dozens of forums. The regular forum visitors tend to be the most involved in the particular niche and the most likely to want more information from you. You can use postings in the forums to drive great traffic to your site. Even better, you can use forums to establish your credibility within a particular niche. You can become an authority, the one who people turn to for answers to their questions, and who gets more traffic than the recognized authority on a subject.

The key to using forums to drive traffic is participation. That's right. You have to get off your duff, stop standing on the sidelines, just lurking in the forums, and actually post something. This is important for a few reasons. Three of the most important reasons are:

• First, many forums will not allow you to post a link until you have a given number of posts on that forum.

• Second, you want to be seen as an authority, not someone who is just there posting links to drive traffic to you website. In order to accomplish that, you have to post information that will help people solve their problems.

• Third, and a very important reason to post, is that it can provide a link to your site; a link in. Google, Yahoo and many of the other search engines look for links in to determine relevance to a particular subject. The more links in you have, the higher you will place on the search engines. Being highly placed on the search engines practically guarantees targeted traffic.

Problem solving is important. You have to be a problem solver. People are looking to you to be a solution provider. If you are, they will reward you; gladly. Quality posts on the right forums will establish you as someone who has the answers. People love answers. It makes life easier for them. You can be that person who makes life easier for them. If you are that person who makes life easier, people will reward you. When you are, people will follow links to your site for the answers they are looking for and more information on a subject, product or service.

You can use forum postings to get subscribers to your opt-in list as well. You can post a sign-up link straight to your autoresponder. Alternatively, you can send folks to a landing page with your sign up form and some more information. If you use forums to gain list subscribers, make sure you abide by all the rules of the forum. You do not want to get banned from further posting.

You can also post problem solving affiliate links on the forum as well. If someone is looking for a particular product or service, and you are an affiliate for what they seek, help them out! Give them a way to easily solve their problems. You can put your affiliate link right in your post. Those seeking what you are offering will follow the link, buy the product and you will make your commission. It works great and doesn't cost you a cent!

Hopefully this can get you started to making money from forums. I use many of these techniques on a regular basis and they work great. You can too!

Marketing Method #1: E-zine advertising. What is an e-zine? An e-zine is an online magazine. There are thousands of e-zines on the World Wide Web with more being created each day. You can seek out e-zines that are geared towards your teleseminar topic. When you advertise make sure to always present a link to your website. You can find e-zines at and .

Marketing Method #2: Online and Offline Articles. Articles are informative advertisements in themselves that work as a call to action for potential clients. You can present information about your teleseminar or answer questions about a topic. You will inform your reader while also directing them to your website.

Marketing Method #3: Google Adwords. Google Adwords is a service that enables you to reach clients looking for your services or products. You only have to pay when a user clicks on your advertisement. Google is a reputable company that has taken the Internet market by storm.

How To Build A Responsive List In Any Niche

Writen by Jason Oickle

I want to talk to you a bit about building a responsive opt-in list. Building a list is a must, The money really is in the list.

The best thing about building a targeted list is that they can cost virtually nothing to build, they are highly targeted, and will give you instant credibility with you customers. They are in constant high demand by website owners.

Here are the top five methods for building a resposive opt-in list and how the will benefit you with your list building efforts.

1. Write special reports.

Special reports work amazing because they allow you to go into more detail about the topic or problem in question. Then it will lead to your products or services and how it can fix their problem.

Special reports give you credibility and it will build trust between you and your customer that you are an expert in your field. Besides, there are many website owners that are always looking for quality free stuff to give away or offer to their visitors or subscribers. This is where you can really cash in, especially if you make your special report rebrandable.

Your information will always remain intact, no matter what. As your report is speading around the net, it will always lead your potential customer back to your site where they could sign-up for your product or service and read more about what you have to offer them.

Try to take a few hours each month and write something with useful information about your feild that your customers will keep and pass around. Make sure your logo on the top so they can be reminded of you and your site when they see it.

You can use this material on your website aswell, so it can be found by people searching for related words and topics through the search engines.

2. Put together an eBook.

Free eBooks work very well and have the some of the same benefits as a special report.

The only difference with using this approach is, you can create a free ebook in alot less time then it would take to create your special report. That is because eBooks do not have to have your own content inside you can use someone else's. Just be sure when you create your ebook, it has quality information inside.

3. Write articles.

In my opinion writing articles is one of the best and most effective ways to build a constant and steady flow of traffic to your website because there are tons of website owners that need fresh content to feed to their visitors and subscribers.

Using this method, you can target your traffic specifically. Imagine your article being picked up by a newsletter editor with a large list and a high traffic website. If they use your article in their publication, you can expect instant surge of targeted traffic overnight.

That is the reason for your resource box. It does not matter how much your article gets passed around, there will always be a link pointing back to your site.

4. Become active in the forums.

Forums are a great place to learn the problems of your market and potential customers. You can do this easily by scanning the posts and looking for active and the most common threads. Doing this you will know the solutions you can provide to that specific market.

5. Make use of an auto-responder.

This is the foundation for your list. You must have an auto-responder account setup before you create your mini-site. This is where your potential customers are going submit their name and email address. That way, you can start building a list to send your offers or related information to and watch your profits explode.

Internet marketers all have a very good reason for using these methods. They are the most effective and they work like crazy. Remember to stay in contact with your customers. Always understand their needs and be there if they need you again.

Always remain in contact with your customers, why build a list if it is just going to sit in the corner and collect dust. Send your regulars Christmas cards, invite them to meet with you for lunch. Anything you can think of, and watch your profits soar.

Supersize Your Optin List

Writen by Genesis Davies

So, you have your opt-in list and it's growing slowly but surely, but you want more. You want a huge list that you can actually earn some cash from. Here's how to bump up your existing methods so the email addresses will start pouring in!

- Sweeten the deal. You probably already have a newsletter on your website and it probably draws in some good emails. You can easily double those numbers by offering a free gift when they sign up for your email. A report or e-book on a topic that appeals to your visitors is a good option since you don't have to physically send anything.

- Offer lots of free stuff. Consider putting a "Freebies" page on your site and offer assorted items for free there, including e-coupons, reports, e-books, etc. For each item, the person must enter his email address. Or you could just make the page a Members Only page so they sign up once to get in.

- Start a Membership site. By offering free membership, you require everyone who wants to see your site to leave their contact info. The downside to this technique is that those who don't like to fill out forms won't bother trying to enter, so you will lose some visitors.

- Let them air their woes. Setting up a bulletin board on your website is the perfect way to capture emails. In order to post, the users must register. Most people want so desperately to give their opinion that they will happily give up their email address. Try putting forth some controversial topics that relate to your site content to get people signing up like mad.

- Give away knowledge. Write your own e-course in your area of expertise and offer it on your site. Make it free and watch the addresses roll in! If you can't write, consider hiring someone else to do it for you.

- Go offline. If you have a physical product to sell like pots, toys or hardcover books, you will constantly be interacting with people in the real world. Include a free online registration URL and offer them a free gift for signing up. Or just ask for their email address when they order in person or on the phone. When on the phone, you can say that it's to confirm their order, they will receive a confirmation of sale email in 24 hours.

By following these guidelines, you will see an increase in the number of email addresses that you receive. Which means you can sell to more people!

A Super Simple Method To Turn Your Quotsleepyquot Optin List Into A Heap Of Responsive Subscribers

Writen by Gary Baker

Today you are going to learn to make your opt-in list SCREAM with subscribers who will eagerly await for every e-mail you send.

This method is kind of a "secret" that is kept from many opt-in list owners and I might very well cause some friction for giving this info out.

But that is what I do...give you the "no fluff and bull" approach to success.

Okay, lets get right to it...

In order to make your list "sing" you must interact with your subscribers.

You must make them "feel" like a part of your family.

To do this you can use the simple but powerful method of...Surveys!

Yep. Surveys.

This is your key to a proactive opt-in list.

In order to have a responsive list, you must know exactly what your subscribers want.

Here is how you can accomplish this...

Simply write an e-mail to your list and ask them very pertinent questions.

Ask them their "wants and needs".

Ask them what type of products/services they would like to see in your publication AND are willing to pay for.

Ask what type of articles help out the best.

Simply interact with your subscribers. Make them your friend.

You can also run a more elaborate survey that uses a program to gather and produce your results.

A good program for this is "Survey Monkey" and you can find it at http://www.surveymonkey.com

Its a free program by the way.

Survey Monkey tabulates the results to every question and is great for gauging the effectiveness of your survey.

So in a nutshell, here is how it works.

--Make your subscribers your friend.

--Ask your list their "wants and needs".

--Compile the results

--Give them what they ask for!

Follow this simple method and watch your opt-in list EXPLODE!

Gary will "pre-build" you a fresh opt-in list of 5,000 opportunity prospects and teach you his proven method to quickly and easily use your new list for maximum profits and results. To get your list click here: http://www.jempublishing.com/optin.htm

How To Get More Signups To Your Newsletter

Writen by Joanne King

It never seems to amaze me how often I still see to this very day where people have gone to the effort of creating a hum dinger newsletter and paid for a good emailing responder but haven't made their offer juicy enough on their website to get mass amounts of people to sign up.

Now think to yourself, if your visiting a website would you truly sign up if it all reads is "Sign Up Here for My Newsletter" or would you be more enticed to sign up to something that reads more like "Sign Up for my Newsletter and go in the Competition to Receive a Free T-shirt" (or whatever it is you got to offer).

Personally I know which one jumps out at me with leaps and bounds. The truth is when people see the word "free" it grabs their attention. And I'm no different, even knowing that; as soon as I see "free" on the page I want to know what is being given away… maybe it's something I'd really like.

What you offer for free doesn't have to cost you a sent. It could be a free report on the product or service you are providing, a free e-book or downloadable audio file. The good thing with offering something like this for free is it gives you yet another chance to advertise to your potential customers plus build more credibility to your company or product by showing your customer "you really do know all about this stuff".

The Extreme Importance Of Capturing The Email Addresses Of Your Website Visitors

Writen by Sam Ezedinma

If you are promoting yur website without a system in place to capture the email addresses of your website visitors, then you are simply losing your sales. Reasearch has shown that a potential customer may view your offer seven or more times before purchasing your product. Most first-time visitors to your website will not buy your products. They do not know you and are not familiar with your products. They may have ended up on your website while casually surfing the web.

Therefore, by capturing the names and email addresses, you will then be in position to open up a communications channel to provide them maximum exposure to your products. Again, it must be emphasized that providing potential customers maximum exposure to your products will most likely induce them to buy from you.

The key ingredient to collecting and managing the names and email addresses from your website is the Autoresponder system. You must subscribe to an Autoresponder account to manage the database of your potential customers. You can generate a signup form from your

Autoresponder account which you can place on your website. When people visit your website and submit their names and email addresses through the signup form, the Autoresponder records this information. You will then be able to email them any time you wish. You must, of course, be careful not to overwhelm them with your product offers.

You can also pre-program messages in your Autoresponder that can be instantly generated and emailed to the potential customers as soon as they submit their contact information on your website. You will be in total control of the sequence of messages to send, when to kickoff the messages, and the interval between messages. You just need to setup the Autoresponder accordingly, and the system will take care of the rest.

You must have heard the expression that The Money is in the List. This capability to capture contact information of your website visitors will provide you a means of building your list. By capturing and databasing this information on daily basis, you will continually build a list that you can manage for present and future product offers. All you need to do is send an email broadcast to the list about your product offer. Again, be careful not to overwhelm your list with your offers or they will stop responding to your emails.

In conclusion, the importance of building a list cannot be emphasized enough. With the list, not only will you be able to offer them your current products, but you will be able to offer them future products so long you still manage and maintain the list. It all starts by capturing the names and Email addresses from your website visitors.

Small Business Marketing 10 Ways To Build A Prospect List Worth Its Weight In Gold

Writen by Debbie LaChusa

Do you know what your most valuable business asset is?

It's your list. Why?

Because you need to build relationships in order to reap clients. And your list enables you to do that with people who have already expressed an interest in what you have to offer.

So how do you start building your list?

Here are 10 ways to get you started.

1) Publish a free newsletter, ezine or helpful tips on a regular basis. It gives people a reason to subscribe to your list. I recommend you publish at least monthly.

2) Offer a Free Bonus to encourage people to subscribe. It could be a special report, e-book or an e-course. I've offered both special reports and an e-course, with good results.

3) Include a Subscription Box on every page of your web site. You never know what page someone will enter your site. So make sure they know about your list regardless of where they enter.

4) Include a page on your web site with more information on your newsletter or ezine. Just because it's free doesn't mean everyone will sign up for it. You still have to "sell" them on it.

5) Write and publish articles. Make sure to include a resource box at the bottom, complete with an invitation to visit your web site to subscribe to your free newsletter or ezine.

6) Include an invitation to subscribe to your ezine in all your marketing. Someone may not be ready to buy, but they may be interested in learning more about you and maintaining contact.

7) Print an invitation to subscribe on the backside of your business cards. And don't forget to mention your free bonus, too.

8) Teach teleseminars. In addition to making a special product or service offer at the end of the call, also offer attendees the chance to subscribe to your free newsletter or ezine.

9) Use your email signature to promote your newsletter or ezine. Make sure to include your website URL so people know where they can subscribe.

10) Ask your current subscribers to refer their friends. Make sure you have a referral program or a "Tell A Friend" program. Offer a gift to those who refer others to you.

Add some or all of these list-building strategies to your marketing plan and watch your prospect list grow!

How To Get The Most Squeeze From Your Squeeze Pages

Writen by Karl Stadler

We all want them, some of us have them, but we all need them. This could easily be a verse in the internet marketers' anthem.

The term squeeze pages or landing pages have been around for a while but its true value is only now being realized by most. It is not specifically aimed at affiliate marketers but its main purpose and most valued attributes are for the affiliate marketer.

Most affiliate marketers are faced with the dilemma of building subscriber lists to create more sales and ultimately a long term business. As an affiliate marketer you do not have access to the details of people who bought the products you are promoting, that is in the hands, or rather the hard drive, of the owner of the product.

It is a fact; sales are in a list of interested buyers. The key word here is interested.

When you know which people are interested in what type of product you have already won half the battle. Building these specific lists is the main benefit of using squeeze pages.

Do not see your list as a group of people who are subscribing to some form of a newsletter, or other generic information. Just as you are selling different products as an affiliate, you should have different lists and different information for all of them.

Now if this seems to be a lot of work to you, it is, but if you want to make money you will unfortunately have to do some work.

If you create squeeze pages for every product you are selling, your subscribers will be targeted. This means that if you are promoting a product that has to do with keywords, all people subscribing through that squeeze page will be looking for easier and better ways of finding keywords.

The chances are very good that they will also have a keen interest in SEO products and products relating to adsense.

So you are able to easily nail down your different niches and the subscribers who are interested in very specific products.

One thing many marketers do, whether it is right or wrong, is the moment someone subscribes to their newsletter they blast them with ads in every single mail they send out. It feels like a sudden flurry of products thrown straight in your face with every email you receive. You judge if that works or not.

Although your subscribers have a keen interest in the products you are offering, they also subscribed to get information. That is what you told them when they subscribed to your newsletter. If all your newsletters are just sales pages disguised as informational emails, how long do you suppose they will be reading your emails for?

If you want to build a good client base you should first build a relationship with your subscribers. Once they feel they know you, and you know what you are talking about, will you be able to sell to them successfully and they would not mind buying from you.

You go about doing this by sending out emails that gives valuable and useful information. Do not make any major sales pitches in your first emails, keep them simple and informative.

At the end of your emails ask for comments on what type of information your subscribers would like to receive. Collect and analyze all of the data and you will have a better understanding of what they really want.

Next step is to give them the information they requested through your newsletters. Then either create or find a good product that would fulfill that need and market that product to them.

It is not all about selling but is all about building relationships with your subscribers. Just like you do not like to be sold to with every email you receive, neither do they.

So create your squeeze pages and build relations with your subscribers, the money will follow.

The key element to building a profitable list is with effective squeeze pages. Learn the secrets behind creating great squeeze pages and build your own profitable lists. http://www.yourenterprize.com/squeeze/spd.php Karl Stadler is an author and internet marketer.

Coregistration Explained

Writen by Corey Rametta

Co-Registration? What in the Who?

A big step in running a successful online business is the publication of an ezine. If your website does not receive much traffic yet you will need tips on how to properly and effectively want your website visitors to subscribe to your ezine.

How do you get these Lovely Interested People to Subscribe?

Well...There are many ways. Provide an Incentive (free ebook, or other promotional material), writing articles, swapping ads, ezine directories, message boards, email discussion forums, etc. and of course, Co-Registration. Well, many of you probably don't know what this is, but you have surely seen co-registration in action. What I mean by this is simple, everyone has been to a website, where, after they have signed up to receive their "special report" or "free month" of this or that, an option is given asking if you would also benefit from signing up for this, this and that. Most of the time by default they are already checked and it is you who must decide to "not" sign-up to these additional offers. You may find these very annoying or beneficial (depending on who you are) but it has become one of the very bases of online marketing and the very foundation we use for our ezine publications.

Co-Registration is adding your subscription form to the form of a fellow website owner in hopes of sharing subscribers. This Method is highly accepted and successful form of generating tons of quality subscribers. Even if your website is generation minimal traffic, this technique gives you the opportunity to quickly build your opt-in list and guarantees you are targeting the right market. It is almost 100% successful if targeted to the same market.

How do you start this Crazy Idea?

The first and most obvious way is to contact a website owner directly. Describe how a Co-Registration Deal could benefit both yourself and the visitors on their site. The second is less time consuming and involves using a Co-Registration Service. These are companies who are established for the sole purpose of pairing websites up with other relevant websites. Usually you might have to pay a small fee, between .25$ and 1$ per subscriber, for this co-registration service. In the end, it all becomes worth the cost once you develop a relationship with these prospects. This is considered a small fee to the lifetime value of these potential customers.

Developing a relationship with a potential customer is the most powerful thing you can do. It allows you to persuade your potential customers into purchasing your products or services. Once your credibility has been established, you are in a much better position to help your opt-in list make a buying decision. Get a feel for the amount of sales you will receive per every 100 email promotions you send out, meaning: If you make an average of 5 sales per 100 emails sent at a profit of 40$ each then each subscriber is worth 2$ (5 sales times 40$ profit divided by 100 customers = 2.00$) Be sure not to spent more than 2$ per new subscriber but come close to it since the lifetime value of these subscribers will be much more.

What To Make Sure Of During a Co-Registration Deal?

First of all, you should make sure your subscription is on a relevant page on their website and along side a relevant newsletter or ezine. If you're teamed with a similar website and offer many similar services, you can expect 75-85% of the other websites subscribers to subscribe to your offer. If you sell dental equipment and you team up with a video games website, don't hope for many subscribers, or quality subscribers at least.

I have taught you everything you need to know about co-registration services. Done Properly you can easily and effectively grow your opt-in list immensely and get your Internet business off the ground from virtually nothing with this simple technique overlooked by many. It is up to you now to put this information to work and let me know how it goes for you.

A Simple Stepbystep Formula To Attract Ezine Subscribers Effortlessly

Writen by Jeneth Blackert

Wouldn't it be nice if everyone wanted to hear from you on a regular basis via e-mail newsletter or ezine? Here are just a few suggestions to consider when asking visitors to subscribe to an e-newsletter or ezine.

Put yourself in their shoes for a minute. If you were them ,what would you really want? Wouldn't it be nice to get something you really wanted for FREE? What would that be?

If I were you reading this article, I would probably want the formula for attracting ezine subscribers. Am I right? Ah, you see how that works? I just put myself in your shoes.

Ok. Ok. Ok. Here's the formula:

1. You will first need to address your target market, specifically that individual that you identified earlier.

2. You need to know and understand their immediate problem or issue they are trying to solve. Do your homework. What do they need? In this situation, you want to know how to attract more subscribers and how to do it effortlessly.

3. Now, you need to address the benefits of obtaining that solution. For example, what would you get if you had all the clients you needed? Some benefits may be more cash flow, more profits, business development or growth.

4. And lastly, you need to cause them to take an action. In this case, you would ask them to give you their email address.

I suggest creating a report or a short audio report or other appealing offer to help your target market solve one of their biggest problems. Also make known if there is no obligation. Willing clients may freeze if the implications are not clear.

Here's an example of a FREE report offer that would be listed with an ezine description in your opt-in box (the request for them to subscribe to your email newsletter with the form on your website):

Are you struggling with finding clients online? Get my FREE Report that teaches you how to obtain clients online and skyrocket your profits.

Do you see how the first sentence addresses your target market and their immediate problem, while the second sentence demonstrates benefits and invites them to opt-in?

You can use this same formula when you create a compelling ezine description. These descriptions can be used in the resource box of every article you write and every blog entry you make. The ezine description's purpose is to get visitors excited and interested in you and your ezine.

Remember when writing descriptions consider making for offer seem irresistible, like it is going to change their business or their lives--something they absolutely can't pass up!

How To Grow Your Ezine Subscriber List

Writen by Megan Corwin

Your ezine subscriber list is a very valuable group. They are interested in your product of service. They *want* to hear from you occasionally. They are interested in what's new with the subject and have asked to be kept in the loop.

When I built my first website, I was mistaken thinking that just because I put a form to capture email addresses, people would fill it in. Very few did.

Why not? They had no reason to. No motivation. No return for giving out their information. I wrote a small time management workbook and offered it to subscribers. After they clicked to join the list, they were directed to a .pdf version of the book. As soon as I provided a reward for signing up, my subscriber list grew by leaps and bounds - almost 400%! I was so excited!

Then I sent out my first newsletter to these folks. Lots of them bounced; they were invalid email addresses. These readers were willing to type in a little box to get a reward, but the prize came too easily.

Soon I learned that a great method to ensure their correct email was captures was to deliver the goods via email. That way, if they really wanted to get the booklet, they'd have to ante up with valid addresses.

Great - they had pre-qualified themselves!

You can use autosresponders or a tool such as Constant Contact to automatically send your offering to the new subscribers. Try http://www.getresponse.com or http://www.constantcontact.com.

Now, just sit back and watch your list grow into a wonderful marketing tool.

10 Great Ways To Add People To Your Email List

Writen by Bill Nadraszky

Here is a list of 10 ways that you can get new people onto your email list. Most are obvious but you just have to be creative to take advantage of them.

1. Call all past clients and tell them you would like to start ending the information and need their email address.

2. Whenever you are speaking to someone and see an interest in real estate be sure to tell them that you have a special email information list that allows them to get information and at the same time is unobtrusive as possible, stress great info.

3. Go through all of the mounds of business cards that you have including the ones from Realtors that you have met at conventions and personally email them telling them about your email lists and why thy would be interested in joining. Do not add them to your email lists until they send back a confirmation that they are interested.

4. Place ads on community related websites asking people to sign up for a special list for email information or a special report. When doing this a paid ad can be very to the point and a little aggressive.

5. Get involved with community based message boards and make yourself the Real Estate guru and specialist. When people trust you they will sign up for your newsletters and lists. On many message boards you can have a signature and in this signature you can put your opt-in page web address as a link.

6. On your website you can utilize the following things to get people to subscribe. You can have a form that people can fill in to join your list. You can have a subscription box to your newsletter and automatically add them based on the page they subscribe from to a specific mail list.

7. Use Give aways on your website and within emails or ads. You can offer free reports and have them sign up to receive the free report. This report will of course let you know what they are most interested in for a mailing list.

8. Have a contest. For a contest you can of course have some kind of contest at any function lets say for a kids bike or a household appliance that people can join the contest and give their name an email address and of course a check box to opt-in to your real estate mailing lists.

9. On your print newsletter have an article that lets people know exactly what is included in your email newsletter and mailing lists and have them sign up for one of these lists by simply emailing you.

10. Become a community real estate specialist. Write articles for a local newspaper or community newsletter even if it is a paid ad and in showing your knowledge in those articles you will be able to have people come to your site to sign up for your newsletters and mailing lists.

Internet Marketing Strategies Part Nine Building A List Of Potential Customers

Writen by Shelley Lowery

Developing your own list of targeted potential customers is the absolute most important marketing strategy you can use.

No matter what strategies you're currently using, if you're not collecting the email addresses of your potential customers, you're literally guaranteeing your failure.

Opt-in lists provide you with the ability to create a targeted list of potential customers in which you can advertise on a continual basis. You will have a direct line of communication, which will increase your sales considerably.

The key to creating an effective opt-in list is to provide your subscribers with quality information. The best way to do this is to provide them with a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly ezine. An ezine is a newsletter or publication that is sent to subscribers who have chosen to receive your publication.

For further information on creating an ezine, download the free ebook, "Ezines: A Complete Guide to publishing."

In order to build a database of potential customers and start collecting email addresses, you'll first need to set up a mailing list. This mailing list must enable your visitor's to submit their information and subscribe them to your list.

There are many free list services that will enable you to set up a mailing list. However, they are not recommended. They will not allow you to personalize your messages with your subscriber's names and they require your visitor to reply to a confirmation message.

For a complete guide to setting up your own opt-in list system, read the article, Creating, Managing and Building Your Opt-In Lists.

If you'd rather not have to set up your own system, here are some good scripts you can run on your server:

1-2-All Broadcast
http://www.12all.com

A complete list management system including HTML or plain text newsletters, MySQL database, personalization features, automatic removal links and more.

AutoResponse Plus

Complete list management including unlimited lists, HTML or plain text mailings, MySQL database, customizable auto-personalization of messages, automatic removal links, unlimited folow-up autoresponses and more.

Building Your Subscriber Base

There are many powerful ways to build your subscriber base. However, for this article, we will only focus on the "best" ways.

Your Website

Place a subscription box on every page of your website. Make sure you don't overlook this powerful means of gaining new subscribers. Your visitors will enter your website from many other pages other than your main page. They may never even visit your main page, so make sure your subscription box is visible on every page of your website.

Incentive Subscriptions

This powerful means of obtaining subscribers entails offering your visitors a free gift in return for their subscription. This free gift may be a free ebook, software, or report. This method of obtaining new subscribers will increase your subscription rate immensely.

Download free ebooks that you may use as incentives from my website.

Writing Articles

Write informative articles and allow them to be freely published. By writing articles, you can significantly increase your subscriptions. The key to using this method effectively is to include your subscription information within your bylines.

For further information in regard to writing articles, read the article, "Write For Publicity."

Free Ebooks

Create a powerful free ebook and allow it to be freely distributed. Place your subscription box on each page. Your ebook will have the potential to be viewed by millions of Internet users.

For further information on creating an ebook, download the free ebook, "Ebooks: A Complete Guide to Self Publishing."

Creating and developing an opt-in list is an absolute must. You must take every opportunity to promote your publication and gain new subscribers. The more subscribers you have, the more sales you'll make. Make sure you don't overlook this powerful method of making sales.

Secrets To Massive Profits Is List Building

Writen by Joe Terceira

List building is one of the most important things to do regardless of what kind of business you operate. It does not matter if you're selling eBooks on the internet or life insurance at someone's kitchen table. Having a list of warm prospects that you can turn to for new business and referrals is essential if you want to sustain longevity in your business. And, the money that can be made from your warm prospect list is incredible. If you have a list of warm leads of people who know and trust you chances are they will invest money in whatever it is you're selling. People for whatever reason seem to dismiss the notion that 77% of people buying anything likely will buy from someone they know and trust. A lot of the time some people will even purchase something from someone they know even if they are a little skeptical. This is the power of list building.

Think about this for a moment. If you're about to buy something from someone who you don't know and then find out that someone you do know has the exact same product or service, who are you likely to buy from? Chances are most of the time the person you do know will get your business. This is my point. In today's world of extreme competition, sometimes products you're selling might seem a little saturated in the market because you're not making any money. Well I guarantee that if you grow and develop a list of warm prospects, your chances of making a sale have increased tremendously regardless of what you're selling. But list building can be very difficult especially for new business people who have no idea on how to go about this. Here are a few ways to do this.

1) Start a joint venture with someone who already has a list, newsletter, or ezine. Owners of these lists have in the thousands of members and can help you grow your lists quickly. Of course you will have to offer some sort of incentive but the rewards will be explosive. Many list owners are always looking for rewarding joint ventures if it will benefit them as well. Like you they too are business people who took a long time to build there list so they might seem a little hesitant at first.

2) Design and create a website that is search engine friendly and make sure to add an opt-in form to the website. Give-away a free eBook to your website visitors. This will really help in your list building. But make sure the eBook is of value and has great information in it. Also make sure you know what is in the eBook before you give it away. It's pretty unprofessional to giveaway or sell something you have no idea about.

3) Write articles about something you have experience with and submit it to all the major article directories. Like this you will gain a reputation amongst your peers, and also generate some traffic from them. Not everyone can write articles and please don't use someone else's articles and just change the bylines. This is very unprofessional and illegal I might add. Write about something that can benefit the general public.

Publishing Permission Statement:

This article may be freely published in your newsletter, ezine, magazine, website, or in your e-Book, as long as you keep my byline and resource box intact with a clickable link back to http://www.affiliate-free-ebook.com

Why Are People Unsubscribing From My List

Writen by James Woolley

This is a question many online marketers who own their own list, particularly those relatively inexperienced marketers, ask themselves on a regular basis. No-one wants to see people unsubscribing from their list. It essentially amounts to someone telling you that your products are rubbish, your messages are rubbish, you're offers are rubbish, hell you're just rubbish! Each unsubscribe request is like a stab in the heart. Right...?

Wrong. This is completely the wrong mindset to have.

Firstly, people unsubscribe from marketers' lists for any number of reasons. They may only have signed up to receive your free bonuses, they may find that they're simply not interested in the products or content you're offering them, or it may just be a case of them cutting down on the number of newsletters and emails that they are receiving in their inbox every day.

That's perfectly normal and is not a bad thing at all if these people unsubscribe. If they are freebie seekers, or have no interest in the products that you are promoting, then there's no point having them on your list in the first place. You only want quality prospects on your list, people who want to learn from you, or look forward to receiving emails from you. It's these people you want on your list because they are a lot more receptive to your offers.

Even the greatest online marketers have a small percentage of unsubscribe requests on a daily basis. It's a perfectly normal occurance. Just think of it as an exercise in improving the quality of your list. What would you rather have, a list of 1000 keen subscribers who love receiving offers from you and regularly buy your products or recommendations, or 100,000 freebie seekers who have absolutely no interest in your offers and are unlikely to ever buy anything from you?

In saying that though, if your unsubscibe rate becomes too high, say 5-10%, or even higher, then you may have to sit down and analyze your email marketing strategy. In this instance you may find you are losing a percentage of quality subscribers who were originally interested in receiving offers from you, but you've gone about it all wrong in your emails to them.

For example, a common way of losing potentially good quality, receptive subscribers is by bombarding them with lots of product offers only, and not offering any real content. People will soon realise this and see that they're essentially just another customer, and you're only interested in selling them something. You have to give something back to your subscribers. Educate them, offer free and useful content occasionally, personally answer any emails you receive, and just build relationships. This is the key to building a good quality, receptive list.

To conclude then, just keep building your list, and don't let the small number of unsubscribe requests you receive get you down. This is a normal occurance. Just concentrate on offering a quality newsletter, which although may contain some product offers or recommendations, also includes good informative content as well. If you do this then you know that the small number of subscribers that do choose to unsubscribe from your newsletter probably were not interested in what you had to offer in the first place, and therefore unlikely to ever buy anything from you.

Are Articles Good For List Building

Writen by Hugh Goble

Getting customers to your site is the most important part of an Internet business. Great products and services are important but if your prospects don't know about you they're not going to buy your offerings. In order to have a successful Internet business it's important that you put your name out there as the best there is. Remember the old sales saying "People buy from people" still applies. Internet shoppers are no different than dirtworld shoppers - they need to trust you before they'll start parting with their money. Because there's no face time on the Net you need to be judged by your knowledge and expertise. Writing articles on subjects within your field is a good way to build your reputation.

Many Net gurus are promoting the importance of articles as aids in search engine optimization, but their real importance is in getting you noticed. Well written articles with good information value will enhance your reputation as being knowledgeable in your field. By publishing your articles on some of the many free article directories you can achieve two things. Firstly you'll build your web presence and enhance your reputation but at the same time you'll be promoting the popularity of your website by building back links from the articles and directories to your website. The bonus is that these backlinks also improve your site's ranking and make it more visible on the web. As most people use the internet to find information delivering the right information to them via articles in your site will increase your popularity and website traffic. With more traffic, your sales will grow. More sales turn into more profit.

There has been an increase in the importance of well written, informative and keyword rich articles for content of sites as well as for newsletters. These articles provide the information many are seeking in the internet. If your site has them, more people will be going to your site for information and research.

Well written articles will also boost your site's reputation. If they are filled with information you will be regarded as well informed and an expert on the subjects that you tackle. Your articles must be well researched so that they are credible and people will trust you. When you have gained their trust, they will always come for you for their needs on that subject. Well written articles full of content and useful information will help in building your list as more browsers will be encouraged to subscribe to your list. When they have read the samples of your contents in your sites, they will be intrigued as to what will come next. Subscribing to your newsletter will offer them a glimpse of what you have to offer next.

In this regard you should write articles (or commission them) to address subjects that are closely related to your business. The most searched for topics are tips, guidelines, methods, manuals and such. If you provide these articles you'll become regarded as an expert in your field. This will encourage traffic to your site where you can encourage visitors to subscribe to your list.

With an opt-in list you get the opportunity to build trust amongst your subscribers who have permitted you to showcase your knowledge, expertise, and products or services to them. Most shoppers do not buy on the first visit but need to be made comfortable before they'll part with their money. Opt-in marketing is a low cost strategy that is not too time consuming. It is the preferred method of those of us who are trying to establish our Internet businesses on a shoestring.

Opt-in marketing uses your list of subscribers as recipients of your marketing emails which will contain the materials you want to share with your subscribers. It is essential that you present your promotional items in a manner that will catch the interest and the eye of your subscribers to keep them interested. The best way to do this is to provide fun, entertaining and informative articles.

If you provide your subscribers with the answers they need, they will be happy to continue receiving your newsletters as well as other promotional materials to keep them well informed. They may even forward them to other people when they find articles particularly interesting.

5 Ways To Use Your Software To Build Your Optin List And Get Traffic

Writen by Kristi Sayles

With all of the software creation products available these days, many of us Internet Marketers have an abundance of products that we can use to drive traffic to our websites.

If this sounds like you, I suggest you try the following five ideas to boost your traffic, sales, and optin list:

1. Give away software to ezine subscribers. It gives people an incentive to want your ezine when they have so many to choose from.

2. Ask for contact information such as a name and email before they are allowed to download your software. Make it easy on yourself. Use an autoresponder to automate this process.

3. Put free target-marketed software download offers on your website. Be sure to require contact information to build your list.

4. Offer your software to limited-time give-away sites. This will build your optin list and possibly gain valuable testimonials for your product. These are becoming more and more common. Cody Moya is offering just such a give-away at the time of this writing. I've offered my speech creation software as an incentive to join my newsletter. I expect to receive loads of subscribers! I always do.

5. Offer to let people download your software free if they agree to link to your site. You can gain worldwide exposure for your products and services that will far outweigh the loss of revenue.

As a software creator and newsletter publisher myself, I use each one of these ideas quite successfully!

Kristi Sayles invites you to get your FREE software by visiting her Internet Treasures Newsletter: http://smartauthor.com/treasures.html

Lurkers And Babblers And The Makeup Of Your Subscriber Base

Writen by Bill Platt

I see comments from frustrated list owners all of the time. They get frustrated because they have started discussion lists where no discussions take place... sure, they have subscribers, but discussions are scarce. Out of frustration, these list owners invariably throw their hands up and walk away from their lists.

If you are one of these discussion list owners, then this article is for you.

I have been managing discussion lists on the net for nearly two years.

Truth is, the average list has 28 MEMBERS. And, chances are 24 of the lists' members are LURKERS. Lurkers are those who are members, but never post a single question or comment to the list. Every list has them. Yet, most list owners are frustrated by the lurkers. They would like to see discussions on their lists, so that they may be educated the same as the lurker.

I have one list that is a discussion type technical support list. I have 140 members on that list and 120 of them are only lurkers. This list is set up for the lurkers who have computer problems to ask their questions, and the professionals answer the questions. Many of the lurkers find this an interesting and educational forum in which they only participate when they have questions.

This list will go often times for up to 8 weeks without a single question being posted, and then pow, ten questions in two days.

If you are interested in exploring this list, then please visit: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/WindStorm to get the details.

Most discussion lists top out in membership around 150 members. There are of course exceptions to this rule, but more often than not, a discussion list will hold between 20 and 150 members.

Lurkers are actually really good for a list. They lurk behind the scenes learning from those of us who are the BABBLERS.

People want to learn, that is why they are lurking on your list in the first place. Lurkers are the learning population on the web, while the babblers are the teachers on the web.

If you are a babbler, then this is your chance to become known. If you are in business on the web, and you are a babbler, your business will eventually benefit from this fact. By being a teacher, you are lifting yourself up on a pedestal that few people want to be on. You are lifting yourself into a position of trust and respect.

The lurkers on your list will begin to trust and respect your point of view. When they are ready to purchase what it is that you sell, the lurkers are more likely to buy from you as opposed to buying from a stranger. Even on the web, people tend to buy from only those whom they trust.

As a discussion list owner, it is very important to remember that there are 3 types of people subscribed to your list. First there are MEMBERS. Out of the list of MEMBERS, you will discover the other two types of people subscribed to your list, LURKERS and BABBLERS.

The BABBLERS will keep your list active, and the LURKERS will remain to give the BABBLERS a steady audience.

If you would like more BABBLERS on your list to keep things interesting for you too, then you need to get your subscriber base up. No matter which list I own, moderate, or subscribe to, it seems that no more than 17% of the membership base are BABBLERS. And the remaining 83% are LURKERS.

That is the reality of life on the Internet. So, don't despair or disparage your lurkers. They are your lifeblood. Treat them as such, and they will treat you well without typing a single keystroke to the list.

Building A Power List Of Subscribers To Earn Money Online Over And Over Again

Writen by Marcus Boo

Building a power list of loyal subscribers that are willing to gobble up anything you throw at them is the key to maintaining and expanding an online business. This list will be the main focus of any online business to earn money online successfully. Every online business provides either a great product or service focused on solving a problem for the customer and generating satisfaction. This satisfaction that customers get from the product or service can make them become loyal repeat customers and let you earn money online over and over again. They may even be so satisfied with your product as to recommend you and your site to other people.

The first step of building a power list is to capitalize on your current traffic and entice them to subscribe to your mailing or opt-in list. This list of subscribers has agreed to receive promotional materials such as newsletters and catalogs to keep them informed of the latest updates to your business or niche. Such promotional materials are sent through emails to the subscribers at various time intervals or as an occasional broadcast message.

Email marketing is the perfect media of advertising for online businesses. With email marketing, there is no need for any high costs as sending an email is absolutely free. Building a power list of subscribers will make sure that whatever you send them is received and read and not easily deleted. Email marketing will allow you to earn money online successfully as you build a base of loyal subscribers.

Your emails should ideally consist of information about all your products, new products or services as well as any promotions and special deals that you are currently having. Tell them that these promotions are your way of saying how special your subscribers are to you and is your way of thanking them. Making them feel special will ultimately make you huge profits in the future. There may be a chance that they will even forward your promotions to other potential customers as they recommend you and your site to their families and friends letting you earn money online with ease.

Occasionally, subscribers will unsubscribe if they feel they are not getting what they want or expect. It is not possible for you to please everyone but it is possible for you to improve your email marketing strategies and keep your subscribers loyal and excited. The following are some tips to build your own power list of responsive subscribers that will let you earn money online many times over.

Do some due diligence and research on what your customers are looking for. You can do this simply by asking them what kind of information or service they desire in a broadcast email. This will also show that you truly care about your customers and help build a long-term relationship and undying loyalty. You can even go one step further and look for fresh and exciting things that you believe they will be interested in. Having new and fresh things to excite your customers will definitely keep them ogling for your next email.

Provide good and valuable information with great articles will also keep your subscribers happy. They are interested in this niche and will definitely value good information. If your subscribers enjoy your articles, they will go to your site by clicking the links you put in your newsletters to read some more. Make your articles diverse and interesting, such as writing humorous articles, to ensure that they are well received. With both information and humor in your articles, you can be sure your subscribers are going to stay happy and loyal.

If you are afraid that you will not be able to provide great articles because you don't writing, this is not a problem. There many professional and experienced article writers that can do the job for you for minimal fees. They know what they are doing and can provide the need that you have for your newsletters. The money that you pay for your articles are going to be met with good reviews, which can result in potential sales and profit for you. But of course, this is your own online business and nobody knows more about it better than you do. Ideally, you are the best person to write the articles that will allow you to earn money online successfully.

One great way to "one up" article writing is to create and send an ebook to your subscribers about your niche or business. Use your knowledge and expertise in the field you have chosen to help other people who are similarly interested and in turn they will help you to earn money online. You can write about anything informational and helpful to your subscribers. If you don't like writing, hire a professional to create one for you for a small fee. Offer this ebook for free on your site to entice more subscribers and also to your present subscribers. Share this ebook with everyone and even other sites. This ebook will improve your credibility and can potentially be passed around to more people than your current reach of customers. Your ebook with your website link in it is a very powerful tool to earn money online the fast and easy way.

One final tip is to add e-coupons in your newsletters that will give your subscribers special discounts. Make it such that the e-coupons can only be used once. Your subscribers will be exhilarated to find special discounts in your newsletters. This will in turn make them eager to receive your newsletters in anticipation of what you are promoting next.

Building a power list of subscribers and keeping them loyal, happy and responsive is by far the most profitable way to earn money online successfully. Your subscribers will benefit from your expertise and you will be able to profit from them as well. This is an incredible "win-win" situation that will develop into a mutually beneficial long term relationship that can only mean more business for you and aid you to earn money online over and over again.

Ezine List Buildingwealth Mentor Teaches 5 Easy Steps To Skyrocket Your Subscriptions And Profits

Writen by Rick Miller

Would you like an Internet Marketing tool that can put your efforts on autopilot?

In a recent interview for the List Crusade program, Matt Bacak revealed what he called the "foundation" for automatically building a successful and profitable ezine.

(Note: To access Matt Bacak's complete audio interview for fre^e, see end of article)

A little about Matt: He was the leading facilitator for Robert Kiyosaki's (of Rich Dad, Poor Dad fame) Cash Flow 101 program. One of his secret techniques he used was to create the Millionaire Minutes ezine, which allowed him to stay in contact with participants even after the seminar was over.

With a several hundred thousand subscribers and around 750 new subscribers each day, Matt knows how to quickly develop an opt-in subscriber list.

The ezine was so successful the he was able to do mailings to his subscriber list three days before an event and fill the room to capacity.

He attributes the success of this ezine with causing him to cross over from wealth building to the Internet Marketing world. He now is considered one of the top Internet marketing mentors in the world.

Bazek gives these steps to develop and promote your ezine.

1) Get a Smart Autoresponder--Your Internet business must have a solid foundation with a Smart Autoresponder. The smart autoresponder allows you to capture names and email addresses.

You can then set it up to email a sequence of messages. For example, one of Matt's ezine has messages set up to be mailed automatically over a period of two years. That means he can go on extended vacations and his sales messages still go out and make him money.

2) Choose a good title and description. Choose a title that captures your Unique Selling Proposition. Next write a 15-30 word description of your ezine to entice the subscriber with benefits of "what's in it for me?" This is absolutely necessary when you begin submitting to ezine directories.

3) Next contact other ezine owners and set up joint ventures. Many will be glad promote your ezine to their list if it has value to their readers. There are literally thousands of other ezine owners out there. You can offer to promote their ezine to your list also.

4) Start submitting your ezine to directories. A search on the Internet will reveal many fre^e ezine directories on the web. They'll list your title and description at no charge. You can begin getting subscribers almost immediately. If you have extra cash to help promote your ezine, try some of the paid directories-for a fee, you can be listed on these site along with many other sites that are members of their network. These can definitely speed up the growth of your ezine.

5) Use a mentor that can help you set up your ezine step-by-step, laying the foundation to put the ezine on autopilot. Often getting first hand guidance from someone who has set up a successful ezine is the boost you'll need to get started.

With those foundational steps, you can quickly start a successful ezine and quickly bring in money, all on autopilot.

Lead Generation Building Your List

Writen by Kelly Smith

Your first question in building a successful business should be how do I find people who want to be part of my team or consume my products or service? You need to build a list or generate your own leads.

Typical Network Marketing

The stereotypical network marketing training programs usually suggests starting with a warm market by making a list of your family and friends. They also teach the 3-foot-rule method of talking to everyone who has the misfortune of walking in your path or standing in the same line at the bank. Who wants to do that?

Another problem is you will eventually exhaust your warm market. Now if you want to share your products go for it, but if your friends and family haven't asked for an opportunity pitch why are you giving them one? It can frustrate you into giving up and quitting before you start.

Generating Pre-qualified Leads

Focus on a target audience who are looking for the type of products you are selling or a moneymaking opportunity you are offering. There are email lists or direct marketing list rentals out there to purchase your targeted audience. Fortunately, the Internet has made it easier and less expensive to find target markets through lead systems and tools to develop the relationship.

Other ways to build a list:
- PPC
- Content
- Purchased Leads
- Website
- Safelists
- FFA Lists
- Lead Generation Systems

PPC - -

We are talking about pay-per-click advertising. Google Adwords and Yahoo/Overture ppc are among the best and the fastest to get you moving in no time.

Content - -

This is a subject that could take up a whole course. Content is good, better than good. It can get your website moving as well as generate leads. One example is a press release. These work well and really get your name and website out there.

Leads - -

If you can make a deal with a leads distributor, go for it. Did you know that many lead companies would actually give you free leads to try them out?

Just a warning about leads. Before you email any leads make sure you have a reputable resource, and you can actually call these people on the phone. There are many lead sources that tell you they have great lead prices, but they could actually get you shut down because they were illegally harvested. Be careful on this one.

Making Use of Your Website - -

Unfortunately, people still believe if they build a website, the people will flock to it and money will start pouring in. This is a myth that is still being perpetuated to people who are new on the Internet, who are unknowingly just being led to the slaughter and losing time and money.

There are many ways to make use of your website and bring people to you. Learn how to optimize it with the search engines. Determine keywords people will use to look for your Website, be specific. Weave those keywords into your website copy, images, meta tags, site description and page title. You can use Wordtracker for testing out keyword relevance. They have a free trial to check it out.

Also make use of:
- Blogs
- Online journals
- RSS Feeds

These things can keep people coming back and develop a relationship with you and your company. It's called stickiness.

Robert Allen said in his book, Multiple Streams of Internet Income, "Most beginning marketers spend 90 percent of their time creating the perfect product and 10 percent of their time finding a perfect audience. The secret is to reverse the ratio: Spend 90 percent of your time finding the right audience. I call this 'finding hungry fish'".

Offering knowledge, eBooks and other free goodies will also help to build a list and generate your own leads. Be creative and think outside of the box. People will come to you in no time.

Ezine Publishing 5 Easy Smart Strategies To Increase Your Ezines Subscriber Base

Writen by I-key Benney

Do you publish an e-zine or newsletter?

If you answer yes, then you must know how difficult it is to sign up new subscribers.

I will now reveal to you 5 smart and easy e-zine publishing secrets to do so.

1. Give Incentives

Give people an incentive to subscribe to your e-zine. Offer them a freebie if they subscribe. It could be a free e-book, free report, free advertising, etc. Make sure the freebie will attract your target audience.

2. Joint Venture

Joint venture with a similar e-zine. Combine your subscriber bases together and publish one e-zine. Edit and publish each issue together. You both will be promoting the e-zine which means more subscribers.

3. Allow Archiving

Allow your subscribers to archive back issues of your e-zine on their web site. They may need content for their web site. If people visit their web site and like your e-zine, they will subscribe.

4. Form An E-zine Ring

Form an e-zine ring. Team up with 4 to 10 similar e-zines. All the publishers would agree to list each others e-zine name and subscribing information in every issue. You could call this section "Other Free E-zines You Might Enjoy"

5. Ask Subscribers

Ask subscribers to forward your e-zine to close friends, family, or associates. If they enjoy your e-zine, they will subscribe. It's almost like your subscribers are endorsing your e-zine.

May you succeed in your e-zine publishing efforts and make a lot of money.

Warmly,

I-key Benney, CEO
